低手最喜欢搏底牌，这是经常失败的根源。概率会算的人非常少，现实中更不会用具体概率数据，大家爱用的是“有多大可能”，但是这里我用专业的“概率”只是告诉大家搏底牌的机会究竟多大，并不要去学习用概率计算机会，那很不现实。
手中缺牌，上手几率28.51％
手中一张，上手几率22.99％
手中三张，上手几率8.11％
从上面的数据可看出搏底牌的机会多大，所以忌搏底牌。
例3：D22AA KQJJ 9 8 655543
分析：手里三张止张，对子AA可作对子止张，这手牌如果能搏上7甚至10起来就非常好的牌型，赢面很大。
例4：D2 AA QJJJ109 7655543
分析：该牌两张止张，AA可以作为对子止张，这手牌如果上8牌型将非常漂亮，但是如果不上8，对大局影响也不致命，顺子同样可以保留，不会出现例3万一不上关键牌，那将成一把掉张牌的情况发生，所以这种牌如果激进一点可以搏，该例说明一个抓底牌的原则——就算万一不如愿，也不至于使整个牌太差，那就可以搏，当然牢记当庄的原则也许让你更容易胜利，搏底牌是偶尔为之的点缀为好。
当庄的重要原则需要特别重视计算方法，只有学会怎么计算止张带掉张走的方法才能真正了解自己能否当庄。
